Core Raider Summary: This rank will be our very specific and limited roster of progression raiders. Players of this rank will maintain 90% attendance and will see the vast majority of our progression content first. These people will get an invite to every progression raid but will still be subject to rotation. Achieving the rank of progression raider will require that you prove that you are a world class player. Becoming a progression raider also depends on the need of the raid. Again, this will be a very limited roster. Expectations: Core Raider's are expected to preform at the absolute highest level of play at all times. It is required that all Core Raider's be up to date on class changes, all fight mechanics, raid strategies and be prepared with all appropriate raid mats. What we are looking for: High end raiding experience, high level of gear, flawless itemization, and perfect conveyance of rotation including cooldowns. We are looking for the best of the best. Raider Summary: This will include both 10 and 25 man raiders who are interested in very serious PvE raiding. Every raider in this guild will have proven that they are a high level player capable of playing at that level consistently. This is where we will go to fill 2nd raids, GDKP's, Alt runs, 10 mans...etc. If you are looking to start a raid you can count on every single person of this rank to play at a constant high level. This is also where you will be rubbing elbows with all of our progression raiders and officers who play alts very actively. If you are trying to prove yourself and work your way up to a progression raider this is where you will do it. Expectations: Raider's are expected to preform at a high level of play at all times. It is required that all Raider's be up to date on class changes, all fight mechanics, raid strategies and be prepared with all appropriate raid mats. What we are looking for: A good amount of raiding experience, perfect gear itemization, and good conveyance of rotation including cooldowns. We are looking for great players who may have not had the best opportunity to progress at a high level but are able to prove themselves to be a great player in this application.	PvP Summary: PvP oriented players who have little or no interest in Pve. Any player of this rank with an interest in PvE raiding should express this interest to an Officer or Assistant Officer and will be given an opportunity to participate in PvE raiding. However this group of people will specialize in anything and everything PvP oriented. Rated BG's, Non rated BG's, Arena, World PvP, PvP achievements...etc Expectations: PvP players are expected to represent Intent as the best concentration of PvP on the server competing at the highest lever possible in all PvP mediums. What we are looking for: A ton of Pvp experience with multiple classes and in many roles as well as high end PvP achievements such as Arena Master and Battle Master...etc. Players with vast experience in all kinds of PvP (BG's, Arena, World), but we are also looking for players with specific specializations such as a player who only does Arena or BG's. We are looking for applications that wow us with what they have accomplished yet still have high level PvP goals for Cataclysm.	Casual Summary: This will include friends/family of other members of the guild. These players are here for fun and to contribute to the guild in any way they can. Expectations: Casual members like every other member of the guild will be required to carry themselves in the highest manner. The expectation of casual members will be quality over quantity. This means that all casual players need to have a good level of knowledge of game mechanics, class mechanics and class changes. This will not be a catch all for anyone who wants to climb up on the guilds collective shoulders. What we are looking for: A high amount of overall game experience including raiding, PvP, achievements of all kinds, previous hardcore players who are taking it down a notch in quantity of play time but not quality of play. We are looking for players who demonstrate that while they may not play as much as others they still play at very high level, productive players who will contribute to the guild in any way they can.
